Toshiba today begun shipping its Folio 100 tablet to Europe today.
Just for recall, the Folio 100 tablet is running Google Android 2.2 (Froyo) Operating system and is powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core ARM-based processor SoC (system-on-chip).
Others specs of the Folio 100 tablet include a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, a 16GB of internal storage, an SD/MMC card reader, a 1.3 MP webcam, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, USB 2.0 port, 3G ( at some certain models) a mini HDMI port, and a battery life of 7 hours.
Toshiba’s Folio 100 is now shipping throughout Europe for around $560. There is still no word on if or when it will be hitting North America.
