Not the Xperia Play or Xperia Neo, but the Xperia Arc that could be the first new Xperia handset to be launched in Australia. According to Gizmodo, the Xperia Arc will be launched in Australia in April 2011, and both Optus and Vodafone getting ready to be the carriers that sell it. Unfortunately, there’s no details on pricing.
Specs wise, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 4.3-inch FWVGA display, a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 8MP autofocus camera, barcode scanner, and many more.
