2011 is getting closer, and that also means the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011 is just around the corner. The incoming Consumer Electronics Show will be held in Las Vegas in early January 2011. We will soon see a lot of new and upcoming products showed from various companies. And one of the companies that are going to showcase their new products is MSI.

MSI will be showcasing a number of laptops and computing products at the show. MSI will be showing a number of their computing products from the G Series for gamers, F series performance laptops, C series multimedia laptops, X-Slim ultra-portable laptops, Wind U netbooks, and the dual-boot WindPad tablets.

The highlight of MSI’s CES 2011 lineup will be the upcoming GT680 gaming laptop, which is touted to be the fastest and “world’s most powerful laptop.” Unfortunately, there is no full details on what it’s packing inside. The only hints of the GT680 laptop is that the laptop will sport “Intel’s latest quad-core CPU, Nvidia’s newest GeForce GPU, and four DDR3 memory slots expandable up to 16GB of memory, dual hard drive configurations, and MSI Turbo Drive Engine+ technology”
