The newly announced Motorola’s Xoom tablet is reportedly to come in US retailer Best Buy less than a month away, or to be more precise February 17. The Android 3.0 (aka Honeycomb) tablet will be available on the store shelves with a price tag of $699.99.
Specs wish, Xoom tablet features a 1GHz Tegra 2 SoC, a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 resolution touchscreen, a 32GB of built-in storage, a rear-facing 5 MP camera with 720p video recording capablity, a front camera for video chat, a gyroscope, an accelerometer, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 as well as 3G.
