HP just finally made official its first webOS tablet, named HP TouchPad. According to the company, this tablet will be great both for fun or mobile productivity and could be a worth counterpart to a webOS smartphone (if you have had one).
Pictured above, the HP TouchPad comes with a 9.7-inch 1024 x 768 resolution capacitive touchscreen display, a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon APQ8060 dual-core chip, 16 or 32GB of storage, a 1GB of RAM, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, 3G (optional), a front-facing 1.3 megapixel webcam, Beats Audio technology stereo speakers, a micro-USB port, an accelerometer, a compass, a gyroscope, a light sensor, as well as a 6300 mAh battery.
There is no word on pricing and release date have been announced just yet, so stay tuned.
