Dell will be beginning 2011 by unveiling a new netbook to its lineup, the Latitude 2120. Just like the predecessor, Latitude 2110, the 2120 is also based on Intel’s Pine Trail platform but uses the DDR3-supporting Atom N475 (1.66 GHz, single-core) or the Atom N550 (1.5 GHz, dual-core).
The incoming netbook also features a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display, a 1 or 2GB of RAM, GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 10/100 LAN, WiFi, a Hard disk or SSD, an SD card slot, a webcam, a Broadcom Crystal HD media accelerator (optional) as well as a 3-cell (28 Wh) or 6-cell (54/56 Wh) battery.
The Latitude 2120 will probably be preloaded with Windows 7 or Ubuntu or Free DOS as OS choices.
