Asus is apparently ready to ship the long awaited Eee Reader DR900. A recent rumor that the device will be shipping towards Europe, like Italy and other markets before Christmas and costs at €319.
Seen above, Asus’ Eee Reader DR900 measures 222 x 161 x 9.7 mm and comes equipped with a 9-inch SiPix e-paper display (resolution : 1024 x 768), a 2GB of built-in storage, a microSD slot, built in 802.11b/g WiFi, 3G connectivity (optional), a micro USB jack, a 3.5mm audio port, as well as a battery that is touted to provide 4 days per a single charge.

Do you know if this Asus will be like the iPad and actually be a touch screen computer? Also is it Asus or Acer computers that are very low end computers. My bother has one of them and it didn’t last very long at all. I can’t remember which it was though. Is Asus a good brand or are the junk?
